Every attempt to strengthen my abs and core have always resulted in lower back pain. So I decided to give Pilates a try, as a last resort! Best decision ever! 
What was striking with Jade's approach was how attentive she was to all my concerns and apprehensions. She was positive and engaging throughout the sessions and would give different instructions while being mindful of each our specific requirements. It only took 2 sessions for me to see a significant improvement in my stability, flexibility, as well as the was my lower back would responds to abs and core exercises. And all this via Zoom only! Looking forward to the actual in-person classes!
