I’VE NEVER DONE PILATES BEFORE. WHERE SHOULD I START?
The great news is that Pilates is for everybody! No matter your age, fitness level, flexibility, experience or gender.
We also offer Yoga classes that is suitable for everyone.
If you have any specific concerns and would like to have a bit more attention before you join the classes, then you can also book a one-on-one private session. These sessions give you a little more attention, so you can work on your technique and feel more confident.

I’M PRENATAL OR POST-PARTUM. WHAT CLASSES SHOULD I ATTEND?
I only offer private classes for prenatal and post-partum.
